【報告】Asia Pacific Innovation Conference 2016

2016年11月18日〜20日の3日間にわたって、九州大学伊都キャンパスおよびACROS福岡でAsia Pacific Innovation Conferenceが開催されました。この会議は、イノベーションのマネジメントや政策の世界的研究者が多数参加し、非常に学術的な雰囲気の下で議論が行われるものです。

IMPPの受講生からは鈴木薫さん、小野美和さん、高田直樹さん、山口翔太郎さん、廣瀬正幸さん、浅原大輔さん、遠藤志久真さんがそれぞれ研究発表を行いました。

一橋大学イノベーション研究センターの教員では、岡田吉美教授、大山睦准教授、Kang Byeongwoo専任講師、朝野賢司特任講師、Wan Jiangyun 特任講師、吉岡（小林）徹前・特任講師がそれぞれ発表者として発表を行いました。また、青島矢一教授、清水洋准教授、内藤祐介研究員が共著者として発表をしています。なお、青島教授はセッションチェアとしても貢献しました。

発表テーマは、新技術に基づいた産業創出から、企業の研究開発活動、企業の戦略決定、企業の特許出願行動まで幅広く及びました。イノベーションを生み出す要因は多岐にわたっていることもあり、今回発表の対象となった研究はその多くを網羅した研究ではありません。しかし、一つ一つの未解明点を埋めていくことには貢献できました。

同会議は「政策のための科学」基盤的研究・人材育成の領域開拓拠点である科学技術イノベーション政策教育研究センターが主催者として運営を行っており、政策のための科学の研究活動の発展と情報交換にも重要な場です。

参加者は、各国の大学の研究者、公的機関の政策研究者やエコノミストと議論を行うことが出来たほか、経済学・経営学やイノベーション研究を焦点とする九州大学や東京大学の拠点の研究者との情報共有も進みました。

なお、長岡貞男名誉教授（東京経済大学教授）が会議の共同議長として企画を担当され、この会議の成功に大きく貢献をされました。
